Qui sotto la bestia (output di lshw, dmidecode), vedi attachment per
foto, ammesso che non venga eliminato da filtri. Di connettori ide ne ha
due, dovrebbe fare 4, due master, due slave. Non li ho testati entrambi.
Se ce la faccio ci provo piu' tardi, ma non garantisco. Piu' tardi di
oggi potrebbe essere notte fonda.
Al momento da' una sfilza di errori dma al boot, vuole f1, brontola per
incompatibilita', ma poi parte e fa il suo dovere (gnewsense 2.3).
L'audio funziona, X pure, per quel che serve per un mirror. Ci sono due
connettori pci, in uno adesso c'e' la scheda di rete. L'alimentatore e'
da 250 Watt, magari con tre dischi a pieno regime potrebbe faticare.
Non ho mai provato a farla funzionare con wifi, ma una usb 2.0 ce l'ha.
L'ultima volta che l'ho usata a lungo era circa 6 anni fa, le facevo
fare da mirror debian in condizioni non critiche (a casa mia). L'ho
ritirata fuori e usata per un paio di giorni recentemente senza
problemi. E' vecchiotta ma decisamente potente per la sua eta'.
Se non passa il test di ammissione al GNU/linux day, neanche in
panchina, per piacere fatemelo sapere prima di domani mattina, cosi' Ale
ed io ci risparmiamo una corsa in un momento un po' critico, ma se vi
piace facciamo uno sforzo in piu' volentieri.
Se serve, pregasi indicare tutti i pezzi che volete, oltre lo stretto
indispensabile (motherboard, cpu, memoria). Disponibile alimentatore
da 250 Watt, cavo alimentatore, cavi ide, scheda pci usb 2.0, eventuale
scheda pci per ide aggiuntivi, scheda pci per pci aggiuntivi (ebbene
si', da piccola giocavo con il lego e credo fermamente nella
modularita'), scheda di rete, chiavetta usb d link per wireless che
funziona sotto GNU/linux con un po' di traffico con solito firmware
proprietario (testata su altre macchine, non su questa).
