Non capisco. Se con lsusb vedi la 2.0, il bus sulla scheda madre
dovrebbe esserci. Qui c'e' il risultato del mio lsusb:

Sul bus 001 c'e' la porta 2.0 e il lettore mp3 e' collegato li' come
device 005. Il numero di device credo lo incrementi ogni volta che uno
mette e toglie un dipositivo.

L'unica ragione che riesco ad immaginarmi per cui tu non vedi la usb 2.0
dall'esterno e' che non ci sia il collegamento tra la scheda madre e
l'ingresso usb che ti ritrovi all'esterno. Cioe' l'usb 2.0 ce l'hai, ma
nessuno l'ha collegata alla porta esterna.
