[Soci SLIP] non capisco, Re: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Non capisco. Ho usato una form online per richiedere l'invio via email
delle previsioni metereologiche a questo indirizzo:

http://www.nimbus.it/italiameteo/iscrizionebollettino.htm

e mi ritrovo un messaggio in spam al MIO indirizzo gmail che allego qui sotto.
81.30.1.114 e' l'ip di nimbus, non il mio.

Quello che non capisco:
1) chi e' il soggetto dello spam?
2) chi e' l'oggetto (la vittima) dello spam?
3) perche' il messaggio arriva nel mio spam e cosa devo fare io (se
devo far qualcosa)?

C'e' qualcuno che ne sa piu' di me? Io sono impedita con i social qui
e social la' :) Gia' l'altro ieri ho provato ad iscrivermi a La Stampa
(cosa ora richiesta per poter inviare commenti) ma non e' successo
nulla (neppure un avviso di spam).

Domanda: sono io che faccio casino o son loro (nimbus, la stampa etc)?
